Each year, the Iredell Health Foundation provides funding for projects at Iredell Health System that aim to enhance patient experience at the organization’s facilities. Through an application process, departments within IHS submit project proposals. These projects are funded through the Grateful Patients & Families Fund, which is supported through donations from grateful patients and families, as well as others within our community. The mission of this fund is simple — to help patients during their time of greatest need.
If you want to recognize someonel, The Guardian Angel Program allows grateful patients and families to make a financial gift to recognize an individual who made a meaningful impact through compassionate patient care. This recognition showcases the exceptional patient care provided by the Iredell Health team and supports the community by highlighting the dedication of the staff members.
