The Guardian Angel Program allows grateful patients and their loved ones, through a gift of gratitude, to recognize the physician, nurse, therapist, technician, food service employee, housekeeper, or anyone who made a difference during their visit or stay at Iredell Memorial Hospital, at an Iredell Physician Network practice, or at one of our outpatient facilities.
The recipient(s) will receive notification of the gift and recognition, but the amount will remain undisclosed. In addition, the recipient will receive a Guardian Angel pin, as shown above. Any contribution, big or small, is appreciated, and you will receive an acknowledgment with tax deduction information.
